INITIAL BUBBLES
My initial thoughts about this Pretzel Bath Bomb was that it smelled sweet, like something I’d want to eat. The sugar crystals on the top were an excellent added touch and made it look closer to an actual pretzel.
THE PRETZEL BATH BOMB BATH
I placed the bath bomb in the water and the cool thing about it is that it didn’t sink. It floated the entire time. Immediately, it ozzed a beige “pretzel” color on all sides and from the middle, reminiscent of a very slow volcanic eruption. Puffs of pink and beige clouded the bath and the middle of the bath bomb erupted like a slow volcano.
Halfway through the disintegration of the pretzel, I noticed blue mixing in with the green and pink embeds. The pretzel retained its shape for a long while after it started fizzing, looking like a beautiful snack floating on water.
If you put your ear close to the water, you could hear it fizz as it twirled in circles. I’m not going to lie, I wanted to push it into the water at this point just to see what it would do. As the saying goes, curiosity killed the cat, and I very much like ’em alive, so I kept my bath-bomb-poking-fingers to myself.
In the end, this bath was a treat to take!
FINAL THOUGHTS
Scent: Fruity. Smelled like most other bath bombs from le bain des elfes.
Opacity: Completely Opaque
Final colour: orange
Verdict: this bath bomb was FUN to watch! Would love to use more of them, if the company restarted making bath bombs.
